Abstract

The paper considers integration processes taking place between manufacturers, dairy plants and sellers, the drawbacks of the process, due to problems of price formation are revealed. The paper contains recommendations aimed at improvement of existing infrastructure of milk collection all the participants of integrated system must obtain profit must be shared according to the volume of their activity.
