Abstract

The semiconductor silicon sensors with measurement current modulation for used at temperature control system of Volt working standard is proposed in this paper. The metrological characteristics of this temperature control channel are analyzed. The practical realization of main opportunities and the experimental investigation results of precise digital thermometer unit with semiconductor temperature sensors is described too.
