Measuring channel and method of setting of norms of angular state of stepping motor error
Keywords:

The paper considers mathematical model of stepping motor, it has been revealed and experimentally proved, that the shaft performs oscillations with the change of rotation direction, that leads to considerable error of measurement. It is shown that the increase of measuring speed can be achieved at the expense of measurement during transient, and error reduction can be achieved taking into account the direction of rotation. The technique of metrological certification of angular positions error of stepping motors is developed. The given technique allows to classify the motors by accuracy rating.Downloads
