The given paper studies and analyzes optical properties of semiconductor structures intended for realization of SEED-device. SEED-structure is considered as one of possible vertions of implementation of optical transpara elementary cell. The paper considers such optical properties as absorption, transmission and refraction depending on radiation wavelength. Calculation of absorption factor of the material on free charge carries for group AIIIBV semiconductors is completed.Downloads
