Abstract

The paper considers methods aimed at enhancement of efficiency of optic information communication network at practically all levels of network interaction. The paper contains data obtained as a results of physical layer enhancement due to development of compensation system of polarization-mode dispersion. The method of network topology analysis intended for control of network structure development applying flux and reliability criteria is described.
