Abstract

In the investigation it has been outlined the credit-guarantee maintenance of the cluster, which envisages using one-level system of the credits’ guarantee by the costs of the reserved (guarantee) fund of the cluster and two-level system of guarantee by the costs of the subjects of the cluster (the first level) and by the costs of the local bodies of power (the second level).
