Abstract

The problem of quality improving of the vector-controlled induction generators is investigated. The law forming of the rotor flux linkage that maximizes the power of an induction generator with constraints voltage and stator current is numerically obtained using genetic algorithm. Studies have shown that the proposed law can significantly increase the generator power in the area of high speed of rotor.
