Classification of components and the way to increase the level of the human capital of enterprise

Abstract

Classification of components of human capital on different institutional levels using new terms of «anthropolevel», «sociolevel», «newlevel» is offered. Three basic groups of constituents of human capital of enterprise are determined and their interpretation is presented. A possible structure of investments of enterprise in human capital in accordance with their target orientation is suggested. Separate ways of increase of human capital level of enterprise are distinguished, their advantages and risks of application are indicated.
