Abstract

The existent methods of ecology economic design are considered. For the investment process control of building a computer-integrated ecology economic case frame is offered on the base of fuzzy set theories. This model allows on the stage of feasibility study of development of investment project of building to make optimum organization technology decisions to obtain ecological, economic and social effects in building.
