Abstract

The article considers some problems related to using sanation mechanisms in Ukraine. The barriers of realization of non-judicial and judicial sanation procedures are revealed. The author suggests some legislative changes and practical recommendations for improvement and intensification process of solvency renewal at the domestic enterprises.
