Mathematical modelling and optimal control of drying chamber operation process
Keywords:
optimal control, vibration dryer, energy degradation analysis, effective conditions of dryingAbstract
Principles and the algorithm of optimal control realizing drying chamber heat-mass exchange process of the vibration dryer, constructed on the basis of a vertical vibration conveyor, are offered. The energy expenses analysis is the underlay as a basis of the drying system optimization, namely: total energy expenses for drying loose material, to heat a drying agent - hot air; and also to heat loose material and to reduce its humidity. Effective conditions of drying are chosen, recommendations concerning adjustment levels of the system are given.Downloads
