Abstract
The article emphasises the necessity of implementing innovation technologies of professional training and retraining of the unemployed as one of efficient mechanism of active employment policy. The basic approaches to evaluate the efficiency of education as the whole were analyzed. The scheme of evaluting the module professional training efficiency is introduced
