Synthesis, structure and biological activity of complexes of cobalt (II), (III)

Abstract

Specific biological activity of complex compounds of cobalt (II), (III) is analyzed with bioactive ligands. Complex compounds of cobalt (II) are synthesized with bioactive thioamide ligands. Obtained complexes are examined as simplified model systems (in vitro) of difficult biochemical processes that flow in living organisms (in vivo).
