Abstract

The new information technology constructing a topologically observable multiply connected analytical geoinformation system with variable structure has been proposed. It allows to design such a system immediately in real GIS quickly, adapting the model and algorithms for processing information in a method of storing relevant data and provides the ability to quickly change the model structure for modeling various scenarios the object of study. There has been the demonstrated performance of this technology in the GIS design example for constructing and optimizing the water balance of a river basin plots.
