Abstract

Determination of "theory of management styles" became a result of undertaken study as methodological, strategic basis of approach of the systems to the management in work of I. Adizes. There have been analyzed questions of functions of management, styles of management, types of managers, leadership, teambuilding, conflicts, decision making, managements by changes and the stages of development of organization as structural elements of forming of integral theory of management.
