FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION TO SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN CREATIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT OF UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

One of authorial organizationally-pedagogical terms of preparation of future teachers is exposed to continuous professional self-development: forming of motivation of professional self-development of future teachers in the creative educational environment of pedagogical institution of higher learning. The next stimuli of professional self-development of future teachers are certain: self-knowledge (realization of the personal meaningfulness of continuous professional self-development); self-determination (interest in future professional activity; interest in professional self-development); self-government (capacity for an objective self-appraisal; capacity for an independent capture new); self-realization (high level of professional, psychological  and pedagogical knowledge); self-perfection (high results  in educational and quazi-professional activity; capture by the effective methods of professional self-improvement).
