JUSTIFICATION OF THE MODEL FACTORS OF EVALUATION OF SELF-PRESERVATION LEVEL OF HEALTH OF EMPLOYED POPULATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

There has been conducted a detailed analysis of the factors to be included in the model of evaluation of self-preservation level of health of working age people by major developed world countries, including the US, Japan and EU member states, OECD and calculated values of their indices in relation to Ukraine. There have been identified normative values of proposed factor models based on survey data of experts WHO, EU Member States, the ILO and the domestic and foreign experts. There has been proposed the model of evaluation of self-preservation level of health of working age people that includes three groups of factors: psychosocial, socioeconomic and biomedical. At the basis of evaluation of self-preservation level of health of working age people there has been recommended to use the mathematical modeling techniques, including the theory of «Fuzzy logic».
