Abstract

Living organisms form and control the flow of matter and energy in the biosphere, providing stability of environmental parameters, therefore the species proposed to use as the key element of environmental safety monitoring. Based on a simple model of interaction between species with abiotic and biotic environment, formulas for the estimation of optimum life conditions for the species: H = F (B, P, C), where H - the coefficient species prosperity; B - the combined effect of biotic factors; P - integral influence of physical factors; C - total effect of chemical factors. The introduction of "Environmental safety passports of species" was grounded to collect verified array of information in a standardized form for use by experts in the field of environmental safety. Analyzed mathematical approaches used to quantify biotic and abiotic factors and started creating methodological background for certification of living organisms species. For analytical information in text and graphic form it is necessary to create a system of peer reviews vital processes of organisms: ES = DB + LR + EX + NK + IN, where ES – expert system; DB – database; LR – subsystem of logical rules for analyzing information; EX – explanatory subsystem; NK – subsystem for new knowledge; IN – interactive interface.
