Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of operation provision of technoparks in Ukraine. The generalization of the normative, legal, organizational and methodological support of the creation and functioning of technoparks; the assessment of their budget efficiency and socio-economic consequences in terms of current legislation are the aims of the paper. The results of this study are generalization of preferences of technology parks in Ukraine, the definition of drawbacks and formation of proposals for their improvement.
