Method of producing integrated assessment of web–content quality applying the system of polar coordinates

Abstract

New estimation method of web–content quality based on two groups the Users and the Experts is suggested in the article. This method allows qualitative, quantitative and complex presentation of the set of values applying the polygon's polar diagram. The software for the analyses of the received assessment as well as calculation of integrated assessment of web–content is developed.
