Abstract

The basic ways of enhancement of decision-making efficiency in the sphere of maintenance of telecommunication equipment and formation of the functional architecture of the relevant information technology are determined. The functional architecture of information technology is suggested. It conforms to the primary goals of telecommunication equipment maintenance and its application will improve the maintenance efficiency.
