Experimental research of optical and frequency sensors of temperature
Keywords:
experimental research, frequency sensor, optical-electronic devices, measuring temperatureAbstract
Mathematical model of temperature sensor is developed on the basis of reactive properties of transistor structures with negative resistance. Analytical expression for impedance and theoretical dependences of reactive and active constituents of complex impedance of temperature touch-controls on the basis of these structures are got. Experimental study of basic descriptions of temperature sensor is undertaken.References
