The analysis of radiopulse trigger fast acting on the basis of inductive transistor negatron

In work the analysis fast acting of radiopulse triggers which is based on inductive transistor negatrons is shown. Clock frequency for operation of such triggers it is necessary to choose 2-3 times smaller than own frequency. Dependence of width bistable zones on a operating voltage is investigated.Downloads
