The dependences for evaluation of convective heat transfer factors on heat exchange surface to substrate at forced convection have been established and proved. Methods intended for estimation of thermal physical parameters of substrate as well as flow modes and heat exchange in channels for conditions when normal vital activity of bacteria is maintained have been determined.Downloads
