Optimal control of the normal modes of power systems by criterion method with the use of fuzzy modeling

The method of determination of the planned value of power losses is offered in the electric networks of EPS, which consists of clarification of coefficients at the members of normative description of technical power losses by the criterion method with the use of fuzzy design. The two-tiered, dual-adaptive software and hardware system optimal control mode of the EPS is improved, which, unlike existing one, takes into account the planned value of power losses and technical state of transformers from RPN.References
