Factors influencing the price of land of agricultural designation

The factors influencing the price of land of agricultural designation in Ukraine are defined. The necessary conditions at which it will be possible to obtain the economically valid land price are established. The effects of undeveloped financial institutions of Ukraine, the level of land quality and applied agricultural technologies on land price are described in the paper.References
