Abstract

There has been developed the automated information technology for periodical evaluation of quality of electronic educational materials (EEM) based on machine learning techniques such as clustering multiple assessments of different groups of respondents defining the cluster of the largest collective interest of respondents and subsequent use of collected data for forecasting EEM evaluation over time.
