Problem of realization of electro-technical complex for voltage regulation in the conditions of optimum consumption of reactive power, which consists of the power transformer equipped with the RPN device and transformer of the cross regulation is considered. The law of voltage regulation is synthesized, that meets the requirements of the structure of complex.
