Functional content of corporate conflict in the management of the enterprise based on the usage of game theory apparatus

The paper considers the conceptual grounds of the possibility to apply use game theory for the evaluation of role of corporate conflict and the methodical fundamentals of such analysis are generalized. From these positions the efficiency of corporate management by enterprises on the whole is analyzed, taking into account the specific features of domestic enterprises.Downloads
