Alternative method of tax rate calculation for motor vehicles owners

Abstract
The analysis of existing methods of tax calculation for vehicles owners in Ukraine and abroad is performed. Mathematical model on which base it is possible to obtain new calculation procedure of the annual rate of the tax for vehicles owners is elaborated. Recommendations concerning the choice of some base weight coefficients of this model are suggested.
