TECHNOLOGY OF EVALUATION OF COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS WITH WEB SERVICE

Abstract

There has been considered the actual problem of monitoring, evaluation and prediction of complex environmental risk of distributed in time and space hazards. There has been proposed the Information technology and the concept of web service and mobile application to access it and to solve this problem based on the spatial-temporal formalization and the complex processing of hazards factors for people and environment objects. The work demonstrates an example of application of developed mathematical tools, which confirmed its effectiveness.
