The ergodynamic approach to the estimation of residual serviceability
Keywords:
ergodynamic approach, damageability of details, hardness, residual serviceabilityAbstract
The paper considers the ergodynamic approach to the estimation of damageability of strengthened details by their hardness. The dependencies, describing changes of hardness in microvolumes which accumulate the fatigue damages are obtained. The possibility of prediction of a fatigue endurance by results of hardness sampling using the value of critical hardness of materials and its dependence on reference value is established. Thus it is assumed microvolumes with a minimum value of microhardness are responsible for fatigue destruction.Downloads
