POSITION METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF PARAMETERS OF BIT ERRORS

This paper investigated and improved positional bit error measurement method, which unlike other positions into account and inserts fall out bits that can detect bit errors on additive background noise and evaluate their options. Also, the method allows to separate errors of various types: insertion loss and background additive error.
