The аnalog-digital converter on the basis of tabular method of differential nonlinearity correction
Keywords:
analog-digital converter, differential nonlinearity, tabular methodAbstract
The paper contains the description of analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with correction of differential nonlinearity based on tabular method. The research of high-speed ADC have shown that application of histogram technique of differential nonlinearity estimation with further usage of test results while converter calibration, creates the conditions for enhancement of ADC effective resolution.Downloads
