Abstract

The law base and mechanism for handling of municipal solid waste in Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region, are analyzed; defi-ciencies and the low effectiveness of the existing system of collection, transporting and accumulation of waste are identified. The imperfection of separate waste collection in Ladyzhyn (except positive experience of collecting the hazardous domestic waste) and inappropriate state of urban landfill are shown.
