Abstract
The concepts "model", "design" have been analyzed in the paper. A structure and maintenance of pedagogical model of forming of professionally-ethic competence of future managers are described in higher educational establishment. Based on the account of maintenance of economic education the following structural components of model of forming of professionally-ethic competence have been defined: methodological, substantial, organizational-technologic.
