Motivation of employees to comply with safe working conditions in the construction industry in Ukraine

Abstract

The current state of occupational traumatism, including the construction industry is analyzed in the paper. An important direction to improve the situation in the area of occupational injuries is considered to be the development of the effective system of motivation of employees to safe working conditions. Motivational factors for compliance with safe working conditions for workers in manufacturing are investigated. Indicators that evaluate the level of compliance with the requirements of employees of construction industry safety are identified. The system of incentives for workers to safe working conditions in the workplace is suggested in the paper.
