Abstract
The system intended for control for the activity of doctors of science, professors of higher educational establishment has been. The main goal of the system is so improve the superficion of training of highly-qualified scientific and pedagogical staff and creation of high-quality scientific production; resulted in writing and publication of monographs at the final of researches.
