Microelectronic temperature transducer based on the pyroelectric capacitor

In this article circuit of microelectronic temperature transducer based on the pyroelectric capacitor for monitoring of the ambient temperature was proposed. Existing electrophysical model of the pyroelectric capacitor was improved. Simulation of the temperature transducer circuit within the parameters of the new model pyrocapacitor was implemented. Experimental study of the device was performed and as the result family of current-voltage characteristics and the dependence of oscillation frequency on the temperature were obtained.References
