Experimental method of determination of unijunction transistor parameters

The experimental method of determination of parameters of unijunction transistor is offered. Advantage of method is hyposthenic influence on the results of measurings of inductances of outputs and interelectrode capacities, and the stability of the measuring setting at measuring of parameters of potentially non-stable unijunction transistors, that leads to reduction of error determination.Downloads
