Abstract

Health of population as one of major constituents of human capital comes forward as a base of socio-economic development through its intercommunication with socio-economic descriptions of vital functions of citizens. It is the most important property, without maintenance and recreation of which the population cannot realize the potential possibilities in economic and other spheres of human activity and high quality of life.

The aim of the article is research of the problem of human capital of health of population of Vinnytsia region and realization of SWOТ-analysis of region in the aspect of forming of doctrine of its balanced development.

The problem of maintenance of human capital of health of citizens of Ukraine purchased actuality. The necessity of increase of level of human capital of health is substantiated for the aspect of steady development. Threats are systematized for socio-economic development of Ukraine on results realization round table «From Ukraine 2030 to regional strategies» on the base of the Vinnytsia National Technical University the analyses mechanisms of the balanced development, that can be used for the construction of effective corresponding strategy of the balanced development of Vinnytsia region.

There has been carried out the analysis of estimation of value of index of health for Ukraine, in particular the Vinnytsia area. It has been found out, that in the system of forming of human capital of health of population of Vinnytsia region must be fixed such an important constituent as motivation of citizens to self-preservation of health. The analysis of strong, weak parties and possibilities and threats of the region is carried out in the aspect of pre-conditions of development of human capital of health of population of region within the limits of realization of Doctrine of the balanced development. Recommendations and suggestions of forming of pre-conditions of development of capital of health of region have been offered.
